A file's activity log records the history and changes made to a file over time. It records when the file was created, updated and published/unpublished, along with who did what.

Steps:
1. Log in to your Policy Passport profile and click on the "Admin" tab
2. Click "Files"
3. Click on the file whose activity you would like to view
4. Click "Show file activity"
5. View your file's activity
