This article will guide you through the steps necessary to enable and view the feedback for your documents on Policy Passport.

Steps:
1. Log in to your Policy Passport profile and click on the "Admin" tab
2. Click "Files"
3. Select the file you want to enable feedback for
- You can also enable feedback when creating a file/document for the first time. Just follow the steps in this article: Helpdesk: How do I create a new file?. Once you reach step 31, return here and continue from step 7
4. Click "File Actions"
5. Click "Quick edit"
6. Scroll down to the "Feedback and Acknowledgement" section and click on "click here"
7. Click on the box to enable feedback
8. Provide a question for users to provide feedback on.
- Here you can insert any question that you want users to provide feedback on.
9. Scroll down and click "Next"
10. Click "Skip →"
11. How do I view the feedback results for my document?
- After enabling feedback, please wait a few days for users to provide their responses before proceeding to view the feedback results in the next step.
12. Click "Files"
13. Select the file you want to view the feedback for
14. Click "Reports"
15. Click "Generate New Static Report"
16. Wait for the report to generate and then click on the download button
- This process may take a few minutes, especially if there are many users assigned to this document.
- Open the excel file in Microsoft Excel.
17. Feedback results will appear in the 'Feedback' column
- The 'Feedback' column will appear towards the end of the Excel sheet. Each row represents a user, with their respective data displayed in the columns.
