How do I create a file category?

A file category serves as a convenient method to group analogous files, enhancing the searchability of your documents. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a file category.

1. Log in to your Policy Passport profile


2. Click "Admin"

Click 'Admin'


3. Click "Files"

Click 'Files'


4. Click "Categories"

Click 'Categories'


5. Click "+ Create New Category"

Click '+  Create New Category'


6. Provide a name for your category

7. Click "Create Category"

Click 'Create Category'
