How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you can easily reset and select a new password by following the below steps: 

 

Step 1: Visit https://ello.complianceonline.co.za

Step 2: Enter your username and click the next button. Your username is included in the email from Policy Passport under the "How to login" section of the email. 

Step 3: Click on the "Forgot your password" link

 

Step 4: Enter your username in the next field. Your username is included in the email from Compliance Online under the "How to login" section of the email. If you have your own email account, your username will usually be your company email address. If you use a shared email inbox, your username will be a combination of your initials and surname, eg John Smit may be be given the username "jsmit".  

Step 5: Please check your email account for your password reset link (You might also have to check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes). Click on the link to change your password.

Step 6: Create your own password. Your password must be a minimum of six characters. Click on the "Change my password" button to save your password. 


Step 7: Once you have successfully changed your password, you will be presented with the login screen. You may proceed to login with your username and newly created password from step 6.
