How do I reset my password?
1. Go to your Policy Passport login page
Go to your Policy Passport login page
You can use the login link provided in your Policy Passport notification email, or
2. Enter your username
Type in your Policy Passport username and click on Next
Note: You can find your username in the Policy Passport notification email sent to you.
3. Click on Forgot password?
Click on the Forgot Password link to initiate the password reset procedure
4. Enter your username
You will be asked to re-enter your username
Click on Send once you've entered your username
5. Open your email and click on the password reset link
Check your email for a password reset email from Policy Passport
Click on the Change my password link contained therein
Note: Your email might take a few minutes to arrive. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your password reset email
6. Choose your new password
Choose a new memorable password
You will be advised if your password does not meet the minimum requirements
7. Confirm your new password
Click on the Change my password button to confirm your new password
You will be logged in to your Policy Passport task dashboard at successful update of your password
