How do I edit a file without changing the version or resetting user completion status?

Steps:

1. Log in to your Policy Passport profile


2. Click "Admin"

4. Click on the file you want to edit

7. Optionally, change the name and click "Next"

8. You can upload a different file or retain the existing one
