This guide will walk you through the process of creating, editing and sharing a user report.

Steps:
1. Log in to Policy Passport & click on "Admin"
2. Click "People"
3. Manage the filters
- To create a custom user report, you will need to apply filters unless you wish to include all users in the report.
- You can change the following filters:
- Status
- assigned status: indicates if the user has any assigned files.
- active status: shows if the user is currently active or not.
- Date added
- filter users based on the date they were created.
- Groups
- filter users based on their assigned groups.
- Documents
- filter users based on their assigned documents.
- Tags
- filter users by their assigned tags.
- Please note: If you attempt to generate a report by selecting the checkmark beside an individual's name, it won't include those users. To include specific subsets of users in your report, kindly utilize the filters mentioned above.
4. Click "Lists / Reports"
- Once you are happy with your filters click on "Lists / Reports".
5. Click "+ Create new report using filters"
6. Rename your report
7. Tick the data you want to display in the report
8. Click "Save"
9. Optional: You are able to edit your report
- If you wish to edit the report name or displayed columns you can navigate to the "Edit report" button.
10. Optional: You are able to update the details of the file
11. Click "Save"
12. Optional: You are able to modify the report filters
- If you wish to change the filters to include or exclude users from the report, click on the "Modify report filters" button.
13. Click "Filters"
14. Update your filters
15. Click "← Finish modifying report"
16. Click "Share report"
- If you wish to share the report with users, click on the "Share report" button.
- Please note: You will only be able to share the report with users that are already within the Policy Passport system.
17. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the report with
18. Click "Submit"
- You can repeat steps 17 & 18 to share the report with multiple users.
19. Optional: You Can Stop Sharing a Report with a User
If you wish to stop sharing a report with a user, click on the cross next to their name
20. Click "Export report"
- You can export the report to an excel file.
21. Click "Generate New Export"
22. Click here to download the report
23. Click "← Back to report"
