What is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?
| Our Fair Usage Policy is a set of rules to ensure that all our clients can enjoy high-quality video streaming without the risk of incurring unexpected high costs. It's part of our terms and conditions, and by using our service, you are agreeing to these rules. |
How much streaming is allowed each month?
| Your Policy Passport Video Subscription Fee provides for a monthly allowance of 10,000 minutes for streaming. We have set this limit based on average usage, so it should be more than enough to meet the needs of most of our clients. |
How do we calculate streaming minutes? | Streaming minutes are calculated based on each full minute a user watches a video on their computer or mobile device. Example: 100 employees each watching a 5-minute video will equate to 500 minutes (about 8 and a half hours) of total streaming time. |
What happens if I exceed the Fair Usage streaming limit? | If you stream more than your Fair Usage allowance, we will send your administrator an email to advise that your usage has exceeded the Fair Usage Limit. |
Are there extra charges for exceeding the limit? | If you use more than your 10,000-minute allowance, there will be additional charges. These additional charges will be added to your monthly service fee. We will inform the administrator about the rates and terms of these charges in our notification email. |
Can the Fair Usage Policy change?
| Yes, we might change the policy at times. Any changes will be effective immediately after we post the updated policy on our website or inform you directly. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new policy. |
What should I do if I have questions about my usage or the policy?
| If you're unsure about how much you've used or you have any questions about the policy, please get in touch with our customer support team. We're here to help. |
Using our video streaming service means you've read, understood, and agreed to follow our Fair Usage Policy. |
