If you do not have an email address associated with your profile on our system you will receive an SMS with instructions similar to the below message: 

To login follow the below instructions as per your SMS: 

Step 1: 

In your web browser type in the address given in the SMS, example: pear.policypassport.com 

Step 2: 

Type in your mobile number in the Username field as displayed in your received SMS and click the Next button.

Step 3: 

You will receive another SMS with your login code. Be sure to type in your code exactly as received in the Password field. Do not add in any blank spaces before, between or after the login code when typing it in. 

Note: Your login code is only valid for one login attempt. You will receive a new SMS for each new login attempt. Be patient when waiting for your SMS. It can take up to a few minutes to arrive, do not refresh or open new browser windows to login again. Otherwise you will receive a new SMS each time and they might not arrive in the correct order if requested multiple times rapidly. If you've not received your SMS within a reasonable time, click on the link below the Log in button to request a new SMS. Please contact your administrator to update your mobile number if it has changed.
