Step 1: Click on Admin tab

 

Step 2: Click on Manage users 

 

Step 3: In the search box you can search for users using their name or email address.

 

Step 4: Once you have located the desired user click on the blue arrow icon to show the user record. 

 

On the user record you will be able to:

  • Edit the user's personal details
  • Change the groups the user belongs to 
  • See which groups the user belongs to
  • Which policies were assigned to the user 
  • You have the opportunity to generate a report of all assigned policies to this user which will display the completion status and assigned date of each policy
